I realize saying this will flyover the heads of most of the public who doesn’t bother to pay a fuck of any attention because they’re too fucking busy shopping at the mall buying sneakers with lights in them which is why I can’t stand most of the punditry and how seriously it takes itself but it’s become a practically Cliché to disparage the tribalistic nature of politics and to suggest that the problem with the system is polarization and the inability to put aside ‘petty’ (I would dispute that at this point) partisan differences and work together for a better country.
